Site Description:

There are twenty-one affordable housing units for people with disabilities located on approximately 3 acres of land. The property is owned by Volunteers of America's National Services and managed by the Northeast, North Central Ohio Volunteers of America Affiliate. We provide management support to oversee all maintenace requirements and provide other assistance to the tenants. There are 10 two bedroom units and 11 one bedroom units specially designed to help people with physical disabiliites live independently. This facility empowers the residents to take pride in and enhance the community where they live.

The 1100 sq. ft. units are well maintained and provide comfortable housing for the residents. Each unit has its own kitchen, bedroom(s), bathroom and living room facilities. A central laundry facility is located in the office along with a meeting room. The property itself is located in a pleasent tree lined environment.
