There is one 18 bed dorm, a 25 bed dorm and six two-person rooms. The current capacity is 56 males and 12 females.

The Volunteers of America Residential Treatment Program offers a "Christian based" community treatment program to adult males and females who are currently under supervision with the Ohio Adult Parole Authority or the Department of Youth Services. Group training and one on one counseling is provided.
Treatment planning is under the supervision of a Clinical Director, and all residents are assigned a case manager who provides intensive case management services. All treatment programs are phase structured where movement through the phases is based on successful completion of the requirements of each phase.

The Residential Treatment Program employs 23 full-time and 15 part-time staff. The requirements to complete the program are monitored by Volunteers of America staff and appropriate sanctions are imposed for those who are not in compliance with the program.

Volunteers of America is one of only two facilities in the State of Ohio to be a nationally accredited facility by the American Correctional Association.
