Site Description:

This 2500 Sq. Ft. home is leased by Volunteers of America since 1982 and was converted to our Resale shop. This is one of four facilities managed by Volunteers of America to provide inexpensive clothing and household items available for low income citizens in the community. Emergency clothing and household items are provided at no charge to families in need. Volunteers of America also distributes emergency food items to families in need. A number of other programs are run throughout the year which are managed by a full time Retail Store manager.

During the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays Volunteers of America provides over 125 holiday food baskets to local families in need. Emergency food items mentioned above are made available throughout the entire year from the Aurora Food Pantry. Our appreciation is extended to the volunteers from "The Church in Aurora" who actively donate their time and other resources to store operations.
