Rosarito is one of my favorite places to get away for the weekend. Not a great beach, but it's Mexico. And it's a little cleaner than Tijuana. Great seafood too. Try the combination plate at Vince's - half a lobster, fish fillet, calamari, shrimp, soup, salad and rice for around $10. Not a bad deal.
