The Brass Monkey: 1 oz vodka, 3/4 light rum, 4 oz orange juice (mix) float Galliano
Star Cocktail: 1 1/2 oz, 1 /2 oz sweet vermouth, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, lemon twist.
Angel's Tit: 2 oz chilled white creme de cacao, top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry
Pina Colada: 2 oz light or gold rum, 6 oz pineapple juice, 2 oz cream of coconut, pineapple flag
Brave Bull: 1 1/2 oz white tequila, 1 oz coffee liquor and pour over ice.
Martini: 2 oz vodka, 1/2 oz dry vermouth and an olive twist ("dirty" add olive juice)
White Russian: 2 oz vodka, 1 oz coffee liqueur, 1/2 oz heavy creme over ice.
Rusty Nail: 2 oz blended scotch, 1/2 oz Drambuie and a lemon twist.
B52: layer equal parts (in this order) kahlua, bailey's, grand marnier. personal favorite!
