Bebagi enggau kita sekeda utai ti digaga kami duai Penguang ngagai sekula ba batang Lemanak berengkah ari suba. Maia pulai Gawai, nyua ke prais nya ngagai sekula. Ukai madah ke diri bisi duit tang magi enggau kita, nyangka kita bisi peluang ngereja utai ke bakanya. My kids might not be able to do the same because of different environment and some of you might be in that environment.Enti kitai sebuat bisi ngereja utai ke bala kitai bansa, anang lembau madah nyangka sekeda kitai bisi peluang ngereja utai ke baka nya.

Ba runding aku pengawa Uthan & Penguang tau bendar nyadi ke teladan ngagai semua kitai. Taja pen utai nya enda tentu mar rega(enti siko dua aja meli berat mega asai iya) tang reti iya besai ngambi ke bala nembiak bansa kitai deka bebendar agi sekula laban bisi orang ngambi berat serta meransang sida iya.

MERANSANG NEMBIAK ENGGAU SETIAP APAI-INDAI.

Pengawa ti manah endang patut di kerja.Aku setuju endar ka penemu En. Kelimin nya ti myebut pasal ngirup, ba penemu siko-siko kitai amat enda sama- tang tu meh comen aku ditu sapa ngasai ka penemu tu manah kitai kimpin badu ngirup arak\tuak ba raban kitai Iban enda milih dini endor. Enti comen madah ka tau ngirup tang mimit aja ari mimit nya meh nyadi maioh. Walau baka ni meh kitai nolong raban kitai enti kitai enda create the awareness among our community there will be impossible. we cannot teach our people many things but we only can help them to discover it within themselves. So motivate them not only the young ones but the parents as well. No matter how much the money you have if you don't know how to motivate your children to be an excellent students same thing also they will become what they are to be.

My point is that we must come forward to motivate our people. Just simply talking without doing is really nothing my friends. Because saying is one thing and doing is another thing. No matter how high you have been studied if you do not pass your knowledge to other people also really nothing. Those who got knowledge in managing people especially must come forward volunterily to initiate whatever program we want to conduct. Cooperation is very much needed to make this happens one day.I realise there are so much to do with the system of living that we have especially in longhouses. The concept of earn living need to be changed. What in my mind is that to change the concept we must first change the people concerned.Believe that every human being has a potiential to acheive something if he\she has a very clear goal or target. One of the philosophy says "There's a very little difference in human being, this little difference is if we have a positive attitude and negative attitude will make a very big diference among us."

This is just my personal suggestion & many more I feel we need to discuss in another time. Tq for reading enjoy my comments.

Terima kasih ke komen & sukong ari kita. Just an additional information, semua rega kena meli 288 iti bup & 72 iti pen, ti diberi ngagai sekula, RM123.60; tauka RM41.20 ke siti sekula ($41.20 per year or 15 cent per day). Enti tiap iko kitai, kelebih agi ke datai ari sekula menua pesisir, malik ngagai sekula ke endor kitai belajar suba, meri prais ke nembiak sekula, I believe it does motivate them. The prais is one thing tang kitai ke meri nya pen nyadi ke model ti meransang sida. Ba penemu aku, kitai ke udah pegarie ari sekula nya meh peransang ke manah bendar ba sida laban sida meda tauka ngelala background kitai; sama ai dipandiq, sama tanah ditujah, sama menua diwan, and at the back of their mind, they will be more likely to believe that they can as successful as we are because of similar upbringing.

For the parent, at least they have something to say to their kids, "belajar bebendar ngambi ke ulih baka sanu". That is one thing. On top of that, those parent will see how we, the Iban ke udah menchelak agi mata (not necessary bisi pelajar tinggi), nulong urang kiba kanan taja pen nya nadai bisi directly nguntong ke sida and this may reduce or eliminate the "Kepapas" in our society. And it cost us 15 cent per day.

MANAH AMAT PENEMU NUAN NYA. ENTI MUNYI KO NUAN AMAT MANAH AGI KITAI NGIRA NEMBIAK BA MENOA KELEBIH AGI BA ENDOR KITAI EMPU. SITI LABAN ORANG DI MENOA NYA ATLEAST SIDA NGELALA KITAI. JAKO PERANSANG ENDANG CUKUP BESAI GUNA BA SETIAP IKO NEMBIAK. MAIOH UTAI TI PATUT DEKA DIRANDAU KA PASAL TU. LABAN KEMAIA HARI TU SEKEDA UKAI TEGAL NEMBIAK ENGGAI BESEKULA TANG APAI-INDAI SIDA NGEMADUKA ANAK SIDA. DINI ENDA KASIH ENTI TUDAH NYAU BESAI KA KE NEGERI PEN TUSAH, TU SITI ENTI NYEMA ULIH KITAI BERUNDING BAKA NI JALAI TI MANAH KENA MUTAR KA PENUSAH TU. OKLAH ILA BERANDAU BARU.

Ditu aku ka nusi cherita mimit leboh maia pulai gawai tu tadi. Bala nembiak kitai di menua lebih agi sida ke agi sekula, agi balat endar ngirup serta nginsap lalu enti bisi pengerami melah pinang tauka nganjung adat engkelan tikai, sida iya all nite long bedisko serta ngirup. Bisi nya ngaga hal maioh macham udah ke ngelu pala. My concerns is how do we correct them on this. Tak elpless aku meda ulah sekeda sida nya. Kira ke tu dulu meh serbana aku ngambi ka bisi dipejurai ka kitai.
