smash coins clash change splash bills and hub caps and old tires by graphic traffic blown and scattered and in dash desperate and disparate children and old wrecks risking young lives and last years to fill their bellies from 7-11 junk food bought with nickles and pennies collected from glass strewn shoulders as semis suck the air around their hair their clothes ripple and the rain is past but the tires spray them with road grit and water days later sign will still be seen of this expedition on their faces and tattered levis
