inspired by the writings of Antonin Artuad, this film employs my deep interest in the Collective Unconscious and the alchemical search for the union of the opposites and the struggle one encounters during the search

the film depicts the psychic collisions of magic, memory, fantasy and my personal experiences involving astral travel and dream recording. Initially shot on Super8 I then transferred the footage to video. Then editing them into seven different films which I call "rail films".

Using the "rail films" I then collided them onto a large screen where I again used Super8 to film the chance crashes of the images.
