Facilitated by the development of an electric streetcar system for the town and university, this thesis strives for an architectural solution to the transition betwen the campus and the commuter lot. The project will serve as a centerpiece station to showcase and encourage the use of the alternative transit system. In fulfilling the role as gateway to campus, the structure will also serve as a visitor's center for the University.
