Dear Visitors, as I said to you, that I would give you the adequate answer,then let us go dorectly to that answer, which it would be so explicit, and which is to govern powerfully, simply as that? Wonderful, but the question is, what to govern and who to govern, or what governs what or who governs who?
The Human Beings?... Right!?..... ... Wrong!
Extremely wrong, because the Cybernetic Science, it is simply the power to govern a machine.
At the first look, it does let somehow sceptic,because you do seem to see that like a fiction and far from the reality.
However, try to take the part of the fiction untill it does stay realistic, but, how?.... It is so simple, you just should start from the beginning how it has been explained to you, dear visitors, the meaning of the Cybernetic.
The power to govern a machine, good explaination but how to govern a machine? Good question,dear visitors, how to govern a machine by something else than a Machine, and this, it is the answer to the Cybernetic Science.

However, Dear Visitors, you do not have to forget one "Word" which it seems working, with the generality of the users of that presumed machines, however, before going on in that explanation you should determine that word which is "Control".
Forgive me, Dear Visitors, but the above explanation does not seem to clarify anything, as it is so ambigu.
Sure, Dear Visitors, that it is so ambigu, because you would like to know about the "Control", and so many questions cross furtively your mind without an appropriate answer.
As, the ultime answer that you do still in big hesitation to give, because you do extremely know that if it should be any control in any matter, it should be by the Humans!.... ... Right?.... Extremely wrong!.... ... For the simple reason, and especially when we are in animated discussion about the Cybernetic, because, we should remember, in that matter who should govern who, and we did arrive to the finality, that it is the machine which governs the machine.
However, if it is the machine which should govern the machine, make a little gymnastic to your menings, Dear Visitors, and you would find by demonstration, that it would be the machine which control the machine.
Meantime, Dear Visitors, I would not demonstrate to you what it is above, because you can do it, but I am very glad to add, very important detail which is a primordial in that matter of the Cybernetic, for that, you should pay a great attention, to what I would explain below.
In the nature,means in the Life, with a Divine Decision, Dear Visitors, everything that we do assemblate together, it does reproduce itself and around itself.
However, Dear Vistors, to jump so many details, which would be superflu, in our subject of the Cybernetic, you should take a specific machine so familiar in meantime, which is the Computer, the Computer which it becomes an integral part of our life.
The Computer, great, so what it is so specific to the Cybernetic, out of it is a machine, sure it is a machine, but the question is, what it does contains that machine?.... Once again, a very good question to which, I am very glad to add an explanation, to which you should use once again the meninges, because it is so near, anyone who does own a fertile Imagination which it would help him to visualize the processus.
However, Dear Visitors, do imagine what it does contain the Computer, do not ever, go far, it does contains an inestimable numbers of "Files", so when those presumed Files they are together, what they do?.... ... They reproduce themselves to the infinity!.
Meantime, Dear Visitors, I am talking to you about the time, the time that the onces who does not have the Divine Gift, which is the Visions of the Mind, or if you do prefer the Imagination, cannot understand!...
The time in which, would be the Computer, a simple component of any building, but a vital component like the water now.
Therefore, it would be not a possible to conceive any building, no matter in which envergure, that it could not be with its primordial component, which is the Computer.
However, it would be in that coming time something that would be in its extreme paroxysm and it is the Communication, the Communication that would be a vital component as it is the Computer itself!.
The question that would reside it is the aesthetics, but that question has already its appropriate answer, if you do pay attention, in, with what you do get the things?...Hard work!...And very Hard Work!
Hard work to arrive to marry the aesthetics of the installation of the computer as component to the aesthetics of any building, to preserve the adequate diversification in the matter of the aesthetics,and the functions and never the controry.
Meantime, Dear Visitors, I am definetely very glad to share with you the following words, before going on talking to you about the Cybernetic in general and about the Computer in particular.

The Design of all the Sites and their Encoding, as the Choice of the placement of anything you do view in those Sites it has been accomplished (Background of the Site of Poetry is her own Design )by Ms Nora Ouahi, the Child of mine or specificly the Daughter of mine, the First Child with what God has provides me and I am very thankful to God any second of my existence for the Gifts which has makes me Strong as I am, as so Creative as I am!
