AETERNYS Height - 6' 11" Hair - Half white half black Eyes - Violet Skin - Very pale Known commonly as Death and the Keeper of Time, Aeternys watches over all life and living things. He lives in solitude in his fortress on the Event Horizon, the edge of the universe. Aeternys began his life long ago, created at the birth of the universe. He was once a Star who was granted the power of oblivion by the God of Light. His scythe, the Blade of Silence holds the most destructive force known to man, a Dead Star - a black hole. He alone holds the power to end the life of everything, even the universe itself. Tall and aloof, his icy demeanor unnerves all who come to seek him. Only once did he break the oath of his duties when he rescued two twin Iri'le unicorn foals that were destined to die most unusual and horrible deaths. Aeternys raised them both, naming them Infinity and Eternity, one light and one dark, to be his messengers. The two unicorns are often harbingers of ill times and hardship and are feared by all creatures, including their own kind. However, they bring comfort to the dying and a promise of a new beginning. Aeternys is able to stop the time of any mortal life, freezing them in eternal youth, never to grow old and die. The Star Guardian Imbrium came to him to crystallize the power of her star and start the time of her mortal life, trading her power and immortality for love. He does not give information easily to those who seek it, and avoids contact with living things, preferring to remain alone until the day he must end the universe.
