Scripture Jeremiah 18:1-6

God told Jeremiah to go down to the potter's house. When he did, he saw the potter working on a vessel, but the vessel was marred. The potter took the clay, refashioned it and made another vessel that seemed good to him. God asked Jeremiah, "Can I not do the same with the house of Israel?" All God wanted from Israel was that they would obey and follow. Him. He wanted them to allow Him to mould them into what He knew they could be.

How is it with you life? Is your vessel marred? Remember, we are to be vessels Holy unto God, because His Holy Spirit dwells in us. The Holy Spirit cannot feel at home in a vessel that is unfit for His presence. Maybe God is asking you to be the clay and allow Him to be the potter. We need not fear when God is the one moulding our lives. Even when He has to do some serious changing, He will do it in the most gentle way that He can.

God only wants what is best for His children. He wants to mould our lives so that we will be fit for the masters use. We must never be afraid to place our all before God and say, "Place me again on your wheel and mould me into what I can be." Totally yield your all to God. You'll never be sorry you did.

The potter can make you
The best you can be.
There are things in your life
Only His eyes can see.
