Scripture Exodus 23: 20-23
The Israelites were now out of Egypt and now God was telling them the things He would have them to do. Here He was telling them that He was sending an angel ahead of them to bring them into the place that He had prepared for them. He warned them to beware of the Angel, to obey him and not provoke him. God said that if they obeyed Him and did as He said, that He Himself would be an enemy to their enemies for their sake. He would fight for them. God was telling the people that if they listened to the Angel, everything would be alright.
God used Angels to help His people back then and I believe He still uses them today. Many times Angels appeared to people all throughout the Bible. They were sent to help, warn and even sometimes fight. I personally have never seen an Angel, but I believe they are all around us.
Have you ever found yourself in a situation and you are still unable to explain how you came through it alive? Maybe, just maybe, God sent an Angel to save you. Many times we pray that God would send His Angels to protect someone we love. When we do that, I believe he does. We can thank God today for His Angels that are ministering among us.
God send Angels to help
