Scripture 2 Thessalonians 2:3-8

You hear a lot of people talking about the condition our world is in. Sin is rampant and the power of darkness is being felt like never before. The only remedy is found in Jesus and yet people are content to reject Him and go on in their sinful condition. They are having what they refer to as " the time of their lives." Little do they realize that God is able, just by a word out of His mouth to destroy every living thing on earth.

But while the Holy Spirit is on earth, life as we know it will continue. Once the Holy Spirit is removed, the forces of evil will be in total control. Verse 8 says that then Satan will be revealed. But this verse also had a bright side to it because it also states that Jesus will consume Satan and totally destroy him. If you are living for Satan today, beware, because you are on the losing side. If however you are living for Jesus, rejoice, because you are on the winning side. No matter what things look like now, if you have Jesus in your heart, you will come out in victory.

Maybe you feel you are not on any side. Well, whether you want to admit it or not, if you don't know Jesus, then Satan is in control of your life. Take a good look and search your heart today. Who's side are you on?

But if your trusting Jesus
