Scripture Acts 9:1-22
What a marvellous display of God's forgiveness, mercy and power is found in this scripture. Paul had obtained letters from the High Priest so he could bind any believers he found and bring them to Jerusalem. On the way, he had an encounter with Jesus Christ, the same one the people believed in. That day, the Lord completely changed Paul's life and he became one of the greatest Apostles that ever lived. Why? Simply because he accepted Jesus into his life and gave his all to Him.
How many times have we been guilty of seeing someone who is living a very wicked and sinful life and may be thinking that they will never change. The same Jesus that changed Paul's life on the road to Damascus, can change the life of anyone. It doesn't matter what you are living like. If you are willing to acknowledge you are a sinner and invite Jesus into your life, you can be saved.
Maybe you are saved but you are not as close to Him as you would like to be. If not, take the time now to bow in prayer right where you are and ask Jesus to forgive you, help you and restore you.
