Scripture Hosea 9: 7-12

To be justified means to be blameless, or without guilt. For someone in the courts to be justified, they would have to be set free and found not guilty. Our justification is found in Jesus Christ, by the faith we have in Him. No flesh is justified outside of Christ. I like what verse 20 says...I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live. Yet not I but Christ liveth in me. We’ll take this much and look at it. If we are born again, we are crucified with Christ. We die to self and come alive to Christ who lives in us.

It goes on to say...The life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. Even though we live in the flesh, we do not have to give in to the desires of the flesh, because of our faith in Jesus. Because He loved us and gave Himself for us, we can live the way he would have us to live.

There will always be temptations while we live on this earth, but because Jesus lives in us, we can overcome the desires and temptations by looking to him and asking for His help. So, if you are tempted to give in to the desires of the flesh, remember that you are crucified with Christ and He lives in you. Ask Him for help and believe me, He will come to your aid and help you to overcome whatever you are facing.

As we live our life everyday
Within us God’s Spirit does stay
If we will but give all to Him
He’ll help us each battle to win
