Verse 7 says that the angel of the Lord camps around those who fear him and delivers him. Isn't that wonderful to know? To know that there are angels around us to help us. We can taste and see that the Lord is good and blessed indeed is the man that trusts in Him.
We can certainly see from these scriptures that we serve a mighty, mighty God. If we are ever in need, all we have to do is trust the Lord. When we look around us we can't see anything worth trusting but we can always trust God.
Do you have that confidence in God? Do you believe that He can see you through anything? Is He the most important person in your life or do you hardly know there is a God? For those of us who know and love Him, He is the most important one that we know. What a wonderful privilege is ours today, to be able to have the God of Heaven as our father and Lord.
