Everything you seem to touch
Just seems to turn out wrong
You heart becomes so heavy
No longer there's a song
Each day becomes a burden
It's hard to get up, you find
There are so many different things
Clogging up your mind
The answer is very simple
To the problems in your life
If you will take the time to pray
You won't be filled with strife
Your day will go much better
You'll find you'll have more time
And you will certainly see
You have a peaceful mind
We need to start our mornings
Talking with the God we love
We need to seek our guidance
From our Heavenly source above
Instead of trudging through the day
Surprisingly we'll find
Our work gets done much quicker
With Jesus on our mind
