I See

I see the stars in the velvet sky as the floor of heaven
I see the water by the wind so tossed and oh so driven
I see the wonder of His hands laid out across the earth
The wonder of creation and what man to Him was worth

I see the handiwork of God in nature thus displayed
I see the beauty He created, the fields with flowers arrayed
The beauty in the robin’s song as it floats through the air
The mountains and the streams in grandeur everywhere

I see the wildlife as they feed and God supplies their need
I see the way He cares for us and know we’re blessed indeed
I see the many wondrous things He with His hands supplied
The many times He’s answered me when I to Him have cried

When I look at creation and all that God has made
I know without a single doubt that His very best he gave
Because there also came a time when He met our greatest need
And sent To us the Saviour who died to set us free
