There are people who need someone
Anyone at all who cares
Anyone to share their problems
Anyone to dry their tears
They don't know who to turn to
They don't know what to do
So they bear it all alone
To them it's nothing new
There are people all around us
Out in our world today
Who are crying out for someone
To just walk by their way
Someone they can share with
To tell their problems to
Could you be that someone
Is Jesus calling you
Is He calling you for service
To help those who are in need
Is he calling you to prayer
For them to intercede
Is He calling you to work
Right where you are today
If He is then heed His Spirit
Don't turn from Him away
Allow the Lord to use you
To help someone in need
And you will see God work
If for them you intercede
For working for the Saviour
Is worth more than anything
Many blessings come your way
When in service for the King
