LENZ'S LAW
Lenz's law states

If an induced current flows, its direction is always such that it will opppose the change in flux that produced it.
It gives us the negative sign in the equation of faraday's law below.

FARADAY'S LAW
Faraday`s law say's that the induced e.m.f. in a conductor moving through a magnetic field will be proportional to the rate of cutting flux. (the area of flux moved through.)
