The court ruled in our favor, and disallowed any "Gag Order" allowing the continuation of this site, with the condition that we do not directly email any clients of Top Choice until such time that the Law Suit that they have know filed is heard in a Court of Law.

In the course of todays hearings, counsel for Top Choice acknowledge evidence of Adult Sites and Pornographic material being hosted by Top Choice, although the Company advertises that this type of content is not permitted. See: http://support.topchoice.com/faq.html#question10 for official Policy.
The Counsel stated to the Court that he would request the Owner of Top Choice remove the sites in question, which are as follows:

sexysheila.com was removed (as of Dec 8 1998) following the court hearing, having been hosted by TopChoice since March 1998 (9 months after administrations knowledge of the content)

Visitors can determine that the host is Top Choice by performing a "Whois" name search through InterNic's offical website via: http://rs.internic.net/cgi-bin/whois

A Whois will show that a "Technical Contact, Zone Contact:" is "Adlersparre, Erik" with the server address being "netpik.com". The "Last Updated" information will show how long it has been hosted at the server location. Know perform the same "Whois" search on your domain name and compare the information.
