Requisition Reminders

This FOCUS program creates requisition reminder e-mails. That is, it will retrieve all unapproved on-line requisitions from FRS and then e-mail this information (in report style) to those individuals whose approvals are needed. Saves a trip to FRS-land! Also, please note that ZBA110 is ran beforehand in order to generate a list of operator ids & their associated VMS ids.
