Here you can see the lexan front panel mounted with some double-sticky
tape, at the bottom edge.
This creates a "hinge" for the "pushed" switch on the MCU board. Lexan
panel found at SurplusGizmos.com.

Currently using those batteries, a pair of 120MaH AAAM's and a pair
of 70MaH AAAM's.
This gives about 5.4 volts, for a while anyway. On the top you see
the contacts for charging each pair
using the ZipZap truck charger. (black + red & black + red)
---
IR-LED's not functional yet, waiting for those IS471F's. (sp?)
---
Reset MCU switch is immediately to the right of the middle IR-LED (in
the picture).
---
Gear on the motors has been changed to a smaller one giving an overall
60:1 ratio from the 48:1 previously.

Putting this puppy on a piece of 1/8" thick 12" by 12" square sintra
with a 1/2" wide tape edge gives me
a test area. This thing is so fast that it runs off of the sumo-ring
before it can see the edge and back up.
It's fine if it hasn't gotten up a head of steam and has been charging
from one side to the other.
Argh! Now, do I slow it down???
Now you can see that "pushed" switch.
