Reviewed NETg's e-learning software to ensure conformance to development specs. This was an editorial role, focusing on areas such as spelling & grammar, instructional design, technical accuracy, readability, usability & functionality. This often required significant editing of content.

• Developed an online, HTML version of the development specs. Version control was made easier as a result, which helped with ISO 9001 compliance.
• Became proficient with development specs and instructional strategies.
• Logged bugs in the Web-based bug tracker, assigned ownership and severity, and regressed these at the next testing phase.
• Provided ongoing input into the development specs, product innovation and development tools.
