Skills in Playing Basketball:

• Dribbling:
  • Dribble with your finger tips instead of your palm;
    
  • Dribble with your fingers spread;
    
  • Low to the ground.
  
  
• Shooting:
  • Use the energy from your jump;
    
  • Hold the ball with your fingers and let it go from the tip of your middle finger;
    
  • Don't rush the shoot.
  
  
• Layup:
  • Lock your eyes on the basket and keep them there;
    
  • First jump: quick, far and powerful;
    
  • Second jump: as high as possible.
