It was here, long ago, that a Precambrian volcano, formed a high cone of lava, 3.400 millions years ago of what is now The Elephant's Foot rock near Puerto Ordaz. The place is very quit, with interesting plants. Part of the rock was cut here because a rail pass behind it. |
