Description    : The openCTOS Pipe Service has been designed with the idea of 
                 porting all existing openCTOS interfaces into a system common
                 service, so that extensive code saving can be achieved. The
                 openCTOS Pipe Service serves numerous openCTOS interfaces as
                 system commons (Refer to openCTOS Programmers Reference 
                 Manual) and further services will be offered in later 
                 releases.
New Feature    : None.Known Problems : None.
Installation   : Use command "System Pipe Install" to install the system 
                 service, or make an appropriate entry in your sysinit.jcl 
                 file.
                 "System Pipe Deinstall" deinstalls the system service. Be 
                 careful not to deinstall while a client is accessing the
                 system commons, else the client will crash.
