Description    : The Change User Name Utility was designed to allow a user to
                 change the current logged on user name.  This will allow the 
                 user to access additional Exec soft function keys and to 
                 allow applications to access a .user file by user name.

Directions/Use : To use the utility simply provide a valid user name (a user 
                 name to which there is a [sys]<sys>xxxxx.user file) to the
                 /CHANGE USER NAME command.  If the user name is valid the 
                 user name in the ASCB will be changed to the selected user.  
                 If no parameter is entered an error will be returned.  If a 
                 user name greater than 30 characters is entered it will be 
                 truncated to 30.  If a user name is entered, for which a 
                 corresponding .user file does not exist, an error will be 
                 returned.
