          The 47th Annual Roberts Family Reunion

 

Date:                        Sunday, August 19, 2001

Time:                        12 Noon – Eat at 12:30pm

Place:          Ringling Hill Fire Co. Pavilion (Ringling Rocks Park)

                        Route 663 (Charlotte St. – Just past Molly & Charlie’s)

 

This year you may provide your own food or choose a catered meal.  Each family is asked to bring dessert for our famous share-a-dessert table and cold drinks for your family.

 

Dinner Menu:

Hot Dishes-    Chicken, Sausage, Peppers & Onions, Baked Ziti, and Meatballs.

Also-   Tossed Salad, Pasta Salad, Fruit Salad, Creamed Mushrooms, Cole Slaw, and Dinner Rolls.

Condiments-   Plates, Utensils, and Napkins will be provided.

All For The Price of –      $9.00 per adult, and  $4.50 per child ages 4-11

                                          Children ages 3 and under – Free

 

Activities:

We are planning to have the usual activities for the children.  Teens and adults may enjoy volleyball, baseball, quoits, and bocce.  (Bring any necessary equipment)

 

The newly formed Steering Committee has suggested the following:

  1. Continue to wear your “Family Color” T-Shirts during the reunion.
  2. Ask each family to once again send a $10.00 donation (or any amount you wish) to put toward our 50th Anniversary Celebration coming up in 2004.
  3. That we provide nametags for everyone.  (To be worn at the reunion)

 

Family Memory Album:

Our album is growing with pictures and news articles about the family.  The album will be on display as usual.  Be sure to take a look at the album.  Please bring photos of your family so we can add them to the album.  Give them to Tom or Louise Roberts.

Important!

We must have an exact count of all those planning to eat the catered meal by July 30th.  Please be sure to include the number of children age 3 and under.
