Vajpayee and Nawaz sharif decided to improve Indo-Pak relations.Vajpayee went to Pakistan to meet NS.NS wanted to show him about their latest telecom facilities and asked Vaj to make a call to outer space.So vaj made a call to hell and spoke to rajiv for 5 mins.The bill came as 1 re. Vaj was impressed and asked him how.NS said that is the best in pak.
