2 Managed the design and interface of a B2B web based solution for Toyota parts dealers. This system has real time integration with SAP R/3 and enables dealers to check out Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC), parts availability, pricing, credit status and statement of account.  2 Managed design and interface of a web based solution for AL Futtaim Logistics’ blue chip clientele. This system has real time integration with SAP R/3 and enables customers to check out stock availability, stock analysis, request deliveries and track deliveries. 2 Managed rollout of SAP SD & MM modules in newly acquired companies within the group, representing Mark & Spencer’s, Toys R US and Alcatel.

 

2 Designed and Configured a Self defined info-structure having Characteristics & Key-figures from SM & SD module.    The info-structure enabled service divisions of the various group companies carry out various trend analysis, ABC Classifications, Portfolio analysis, Duel analysis, Budget/Actual comparisons etc.

Ø As part of the group wide strategy to offer better services, key areas were identified where information available on the SAP system was made available to the customers/dealer network though a real time web-interface.  SAP Business objects were accessed/created using the Middleware provided by SAP, the so called ‘BAPI’. The on-line integration was achieved using RFC from the web-front end application. 

 

 

Ø Carry-out a feasibility study and cost benefit analysis for implementation of CRM module for Toyota Parts operations across various segments of customers such as Dealers, Govt. departments, Export sales and Workshops.

 

 

Ø Responsible for rollout of SAP SD & MM modules in newly acquired companies within the group.

 

 

Ø Part of the team to carryout analysis for upgrade to release 4.6c and implementation of new dimension products. Involved in conducting gap analysis, key benefits analysis in terms of technological and functional enhancements and evolving the upgrade methodology. Responsibility includes presenting the project plan to steering committee, and gain approval for the upgrade project.
