SSM (July 30) expects a g/m storm from 1200 UT July 31 up to 1200 August 1.
SEC (July 28 and 29) do not expects a g/m storm on July 31 and August 1, however
later changed its mind and predicted moderate (Ap=40) g/m storm on July 31.
There were two g/m storms:  the moderate one since  0600 UT July 30 - 1200 UT July 31, and
minor one  since 1800 UT July 31 - 0600 UT August 1.
So SSM, SEC, and Meudon take 0.5 , 0.5, and 0  respectively.
The total score of July is 3.5 : 4.5 : 2, and current August's score is 0 : 0.5 : 0.5.
