Senior Consultant/CRM Product Management                                                                      (Contract)

Responsible for managing various projects to meet clients’ business requirements from conception to successful implementation and working closely with various multidisciplinary professionals in delivering customized solution of Janna/Siebel products to meet the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) need of clients while functioning within the following capacities:

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

·         Accountable for overseeing all aspects of operations of the IT department encompassing projects and client management; aimed at optimizing and promoting Janna Enterprise CRM Solution

·         Developed project scopes, including detailed, task-level work plans and resource, time, and cost estimates to successfully implement viable solutions which involved working collaboratively with the Development, Product Management, Marketing and Sales team to ensure project and business objectives were attained

·         Accountable for the management of all phases of product management including various phases of project planning, training, needs analysis, architecture implementation, software design/development/deployment and testing

·         Conducted requirements analysis, business analysis and oversaw design, prototype development, modification and creation of new modules with the Janna/Siebel architecture, integration of Janna/Siebel software with existing client systems, as well as data conversion

·         Accountable for the development and management of creative solutions and project timelines for all phases of project management using a wide spectrum of technology such as VB 6.0, MS Access, MS Word and Excel with VBA, ActiveX and Janna Contact Manager software

·         Effectively analyzed, developed and implemented migration processes from MS Access to SQL Server for the Legacy system to Janna Enterprise

·         Created and maintained ActiveX controls used for customizing Janna Enterprise software

·         Liaised and consulted with developers and support staff on a consistent basis pertaining to discrepancies and enhancement of the new system

·         Conducted database management and maintenance for SQL Server databases consisting of over 50 tables and approximately 60 million of records

Claims Tracking System

·         Responsible for upgrading the Claims Tracking System (CTS) application and database; created MS Word templates for insurance claims correspondence (MS Access and MS Word with VBA)

·         Modified CTS to facilitate new correspondence tracking, resulting in quicker responses to customer inquiries, thus increasing in user efficiency and improved customer satisfaction

 

Sales Report/Forecast:

PC Banking Internet/Intranet Monitoring Tools

·         Responsible for all aspects of designing and implementation of the Monitoring Tools, with the objective of monitoring and measuring PC banking performance and service availability

·        Monitoring Tools were implemented as an all-purpose Web Server Monitoring Tool, used primarily for CIBC’s PC Banking and Discount Brokerage (Investor’s Edge)

·        Contributed in minimizing downtime while at the same time ensuring all vendors adherence to service level agreement

 

TCP/IP ~ XML Communication Servers

·         Responsible for creating an XML Communication Servers for inter-communication with multi-platform - AS/400, IBM Mainframe, Unix and PC architectures
