Responsible for managing various projects to meet clients’ business requirements from conception to successful implementation and working closely with various multidisciplinary professionals in delivering customized solution of Janna/Siebel products to meet the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) need of clients while functioning within the following capacities:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

· Accountable for the development and management of creative solutions and project timelines for all phases of project management using a wide spectrum of technology such as VB 6.0, MS Access, MS Word and Excel with VBA, ActiveX and Janna Contact Manager software
· Effectively analyzed, developed and implemented migration processes from MS Access to SQL Server for the Legacy system to Janna Enterprise
· Created and maintained ActiveX controls used for customizing Janna Enterprise software
· Liaised and consulted with developers and support staff on a consistent basis pertaining to discrepancies and enhancement of the new system
