This contract give law to manufacturer use technology of Pulse Power
Supply, which own JAN ZACEK and is patent pending as Principle And 
Apparatus Of Pulse Power Supply (CZ national priority PV2004-485 and 
PCT…...) and give law manufactured  any Pulse Power Supply. License
will be write automaticaly in every country where will get patent.
Manufacturer will pay $1 from any aplication of Pulse Power Supply 
- monthly. Manufacturer can be controledd every year on volume of
assembled Pulse Power Supplyes. Manufacturer must keep secret design.  

For transfer technology - schematic, PCB design Pulse Power Supplyes 
and completly Know-How will manufacturer pay in signed contract 
$2.000.000,- and manufacturer get 2 year for start-up, when will 
not pay licence $1 from aplication.
