GOVERNOR BALUCHISTAN JUSTICE (RETIRED) AMIR UL MULK MENGAL Governor Balochistan Justice (retired) Amir Ul Mulk Mengal was born on 3rd April 1945 at Noshki, District Chaghi, Balochistan. During the course of a meritorious career, Justice (retired) Mengal has remained Advocate General, Balochistan, Additional Judge of Balochistan High Court, Member Pakistan Election Commission for Elections 1990, Chairman Provisional Zakat Council, Balochistan, Chairman Balochistan Services Tribunal and Chief Justice of Balochistan. The Governor's wife is doctor serving as Principal Regional Training Institution, Population Planning. He has one son and three daughters
