09/94 - present		Database Application Developer and Database Administrator (DBA),            
			Telrad Telecommunications Ltd., Lod, Israel
			
			 * Database system administration of CA-Ingres products. 
			Installation and upgrading Ingres 6.4 to OpenIngres 1.2, tuning, 
			troubleshooting and performance improvements of database servers. 
			Other duties include maintaining database users and permissions, 
			evaluating database products and dealing with database related problems. 
			Scripting (SQL, Perl, Shells). 
			Design and development UNIX shell scripts for database 
			installation/upgrade and maintenance.
			
			 * Development of 3-tier applications for Intranet. 
			Design and implementation a problem reporting system for Help Desk - 
			Web/database CGI application (Perl, DBI/DBD, JavaScript). 
			Development a security Web and e-mail system for remote access

			and reports (using ClearQuality from Clarify, Oracle, Report-Writer).

			trouble reporting , shared  resources management, employee's time

			CA OO applications development tool, SQR, Report-Writer). 
			Administration, user support and troubleshooting.
			
			 * Maintenance of IBM Mainframe databases 
			 (GERM - SQL like proprietary DBMS by Nortel).

			 for Mainframe environment (Rexx, MainFrame macros).
