I don't think there's a programmer in the world that didn't make such a game:
a Nibbles clone. Altough I've had experience with graphics mode back then, I
still chose to do this in text mode. The screenshot width/height ratio is
screwed due to windows's lovely windowed-DOS capabilities... NOT.

What can I say? It's a 2 players checkers game. This uses Arab rules. Means:
Kings movement length in not limited, chain-capturing allows backward
movement starting from the second capture, and if you can capture a piece,
but move another piece instead, your should-be-capturing peice will be
removed from the board.

The only platform game I've ever made. Also the first game I've made once I
learnt how to plot a dot to the screen.
Anyway, to the game, you play as the little skateboard dude. Ducking will
charge your jumping strengh, and putting yourself on fire with allow you to
charge it even more... There's also a level editor, but I must admit running
an external level is a pain. The official levels are quite cool, though the
game is hard to completely master.

Well... When I made the move from Qbasic to C, I didn't want to make games
until I learnt how to do graphics in C. Still, I've made this little thang.
It's a four in a row game. You place new marks only over existing marks and
the floor. The game is basically checker-dropper, checker connector, whatever
you wanna call it.
