Sonya's sure come a long way from the patch models of old. I created this head model from a box, using meshsmooth modeling. She is one of the first head models that was created in Max4. What you see here is the result of much tweaking and pinching, and I'm sure that we are far from done with her at this point. This model will probably be the last one to feature the floppy patch hair you see here, I have been considering doing her hair with a hair system next, but will probably stick to mesh hair that I can apply opacity maps to. I am currently in the process of creating a facial library so that I can start some vocal animations. If you would like to see a test animation of her facial animations, click the link below.
