| I thought up the sea dragon as I was working on making my sand shark more fearsome. I added a few more fins, subtracted the blade on the head, when suddenly It dawned on me; "Wouldn't it be more interesting if these animals were male and female of the same species? With that in mind, a whole new world of possibilities opened up. Here is a Creature which mates on the beach, spawns on land, to avoid the larger predators, and give birth to a larval stage of Wetland dragon, this larvae eventually enters a maturation stage, where it develops into either a Sand Dragon, or a Sea Dragon. |
