Brother Ivan Neels is a big man. Huge. He is very muscular, but it is softened by a layer of fat that gives him the appearance of a grizzly bear. This is heightened by the brown robes that he wears and his full beard. He is bald on top, with a ring of hair that goes all the way around his head, and his face is red from both drink and jollity.

He wears comfortable boots, brown leggings, and a comfortable tunic under his robes, though no one ever sees it. He has several pouches hanging from his belt, all containing his nastier smelling herbs. He has his reasons for doing this.
