Fravia's Page of Reverse Engineering This is a MUST. Contains valuable information about cracking tips. The BEST knowledge site about cracking. Host High Cracking University (+HCU). Student essays concerning the art of reverse engineering are brilliant.
Lord Caligo's Page Crammed with "tools of the trade" and cracking tutorials of every description, his page is a must visit. Many of my files are from his site. Great!

Mammon_'s Page Good knowledge site. Contains excellent material about cracking and programming. Don't forget to check Mammon's tools page. It is totally awesome.
Reverse Engineering Forum A good place to ask questions and share tips about cracking tools and techniques with fellow crackers.
The Crackers Forum Another forum about cracking. Administered by The Sandman. You can ask for help about cracking there.
Stone's Webnote Stone is a capable cracker and programmer, affiliated with UCF. His page is different from other cracker's since it mostly contains source codes of cracks. A must for assembly programmers/crackers. 
News! He retired from cracking. His page will be more centered around programming/OS spelunkering than software protection.
Astalavista Great crack search engine. Ease your cracking work by first checking if the desired crack already exists. Don't reinventing the wheel!

ytc's Cracking Library A nice page of a friend. Features many good links to asm resources and cracking sites.
Cracking tools Contain cracking tools such as the Customizer and several dongle emulators. More tools will be added regularly.
Reverse Engineering Homepages A url forwareder for many great cracking-related web pages. You don't have to remember the url of your favorite cracking sites: visit this page and you can visit them easily. Also has a good number of cracking tutorials.
Quantico's Homepage A nice homepage of ucf and Mexelite's cracker. The tutorial section is especially good.
Programmer Tools Another resource site much like mine. Features debuggers, disassemblers, patchers, packers/unpackers and other utilities.

Visual Assembler Project The great project that tries to revive assembly language for Win32 platform. The participants consist of many crackers/programmers from +HCU. The goal is to create a visual development tool for use in programming Win32 with ASM. Still not much at this time but it's progressing fast and looks very promising.
Good News: The project will be up and running again. Knotty Dread takes up the project. Need support from Borland C++/asm programmers as well as documentation writers.

Win32 Assembly Programming Forum A forum specific for discussion of Win32 assembly programming. 
MCP Personal Bookshelf  Register to read FREE online computer books. Hundreds of computer books are available in HTML format. Tips: Don't bother to read them online. Use an offline web browser ( I use WebZip) to download and read them at your leisure.
Dejanews Usenet newsgroup in web page format. Great site to search for programming topics.
Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) Online MSDN library contains valuable pieces of programming information you cannot find elsewhere. 
Ralph Brown's Homepage The author of formidable interrupt lists.
Steve Gibson's Homepage The author of "small is beautiful" example. Author of Spinrite. He writes his programs exclusively in assembly language! Can you believe it!
Whiz Kid Technomagic Another great site about Win95 assembly programming. Several excellent examples can be downloaded there.
Resurrection of Assembler Win32 assembly essays, including _masta_'s and _Hak_'s.
Assembly Programming Board Discussion board for assembly programmers only! Good participation but the wwwboard itself is rather buggy.
Borg Windows Disassembler A project to create a FREE Win32 disassembler by Cronos. Still in early stage. Need testers and comments. Go there.
Code Oasis Win32 programming with C and Asm. Still under construction.
MarkG's Win32 programming Contains articles and sample source codes on several interesting topics on Win32 programming such as how to create nonrectangular windows.
