Q: MSMail, in one company, you migrated Paul from MSMail to Exchange user,  his coworker Tim, still in MSMail. Paul can send mail to Tim, Tim cannot send mail to Paul, why?

A because Tim send E mail to Paul using his own personal address book. which   record the Paul's old address from MS Mail. Tim should use the e mail address   from Gobal Address List.
