So, in addition to that whole lack of enthusiasm protest rant I did, I would like to point out something I saw today on my way to McDonalds. A bunch of people were out holding up signs for some guy who want to do something in politics. Lee Terry was his name. You know why I remember? Because these people were loving what they were doing. They were holding their signs and banners high and pround. They were happy as hell to be there. They were waving at the people driving by, they were there to make a difference. In the upcoming election, I would probably vote for him. I don't know his stances on anything, but when you have people doing more than just throwing a sign on public property and calling it good, you gotta have something backing you up.
Right now, I'm looking at his website. http://leeterry.house.gov/index.asp He does a good job of hiding weather he is a democrat or republican, but seeing as he is currently serving in some position, he's probably a republican. And also, I don't seem to see any actual views on his site other than he likes charity and helping and shit like that.... that's not a bad thing... but it seems as though he is hiding something.... wait a minute.
Holy Shit.
The canadian invasion!
Why didn't I see this before, why else would he mention about 7 times in his biography that he is a lifetime Nebraskan? Nobody is proud of that, unless they are hiding their heritage. He voted for using force in Iraq, which means he is hoping that the U.S. will go to war and everybody will get killed while he is back in his homeland of Canada, and then when the dust settles... they'll take over..... hold on. Somebody's at the door.
