Win95/98 freewares you can't live without

Programs distributes as freeware can be freely distributed and copied. You can use them without having to pay anything to anybody. It's a kind of gift from the programmer to the world!
However, the author keeps the rights and copyrights to the program.

Sleeper version 1.3, by A.C. Barentyne

A classic, finally in freeware: this program allows you to launch or disable the screen saver by placing the mouse cursor at a certain corner of the screen.

TurboTop version 1.0, by Rodney M. Savard

Very handy! This program adds an icon to the tray, allowing you to keep any window "on top" with one click of the mouse.
