This college is named after Bharat Ratna Sir. M. Visvesvaraya one of the most brilliant engineers of the 19^th Century. He had earned international fame for his skills and brilliance. The KRS dam across the river CAUVERY is one of the many examples of his brilliance. Clearly he was one of the most prolific engineers INDIA has ever produced. I have great respects for this incomparable personality and I dedicate my success to Bharat Ratna Sir. M. Visvesvaraya.
