Support TRIS+ billing application. Write scripts and utilities to make corrections and requested changes to
customer's databases. Support and Implementation of TSI/Vision switch interface application. Development and maintenance of GUI call tracking system for use within Production department.

Transmissions Coordinator (Jun 95 - Aug 96)
Transmissions automation using schedulers on UNIX (CA-Unicenter) and Legent/CA schedulers on an IBM 3090 mainframe. Taking advantage of TCP/IP, Token Ring (SNA), and direct channel connections over several different architectured systems. System administration on two SCO UNIX computers. Assist on system administration on two IBM RS/6000 computers.

Computer Operator/Transmissions (Jan 94 - Jun 95)
Operation of an IBM 3090 Mainframe using VSE, CICS, FAQS, DYNT, and SCHED. Data transmissions via leased lines, modems, and various tape media.


CHRISTIE CLINIC

Developed and maintained an equipment inventory tracking system. Involved in installing purchasing and inventory systems. Responsible for processing daily purchasing paperwork. Maintained personal computers in the Support Services department, including installing equipment and software upgrades.
