Fantastic Fudge
3 cups white sugar 3/4 cup margarine 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 7 oz jar marshmallow fluff 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1. Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a heavy 221/2 quart sauce pan, bring to a full boil 2. Continue boiling for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly 3. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips until melted 4. Add marshmellow fluff, vanilla and nuts (nuts are optional) 5. Poyr into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Cool at room temperature; cut into squares

Cocoa Bars
1/4 cup margarine 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1 cup flour 2 tblsp cocoa
1. Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla 2. Beat in 2 eggs 3. Stir in milk 4. Add flour and cocoa 5. bake in greased 8 x 8 pan at 375 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes 6. Right after removing them from the oven frost immediatly with Cocoa Icing
I usually double this recipe and bake in a 9 x 13 pan. When doing this, remember to double the icing recipe also. |

Cocoa Icing
1 1/2 tablspoon cocoa 1 tablespoon milk 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 teaspoon butter 2/3 cup icing sugar
1. Mix ingredients together in bowl 2. Spread on hot Cocoa Bars 3. When cool, cut into bars |

Tollhouse Tarts
2 eggs beaten 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup flour 3/4 cup melted butter 1 cup chocolate chips 1 cup walnuts, chopped
1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl 2. Drop by tablespoon into unbaked tart shells 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes |

Cookie pastery For Tollhouse Tarts
1/2 cup margarine 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup egg yolk, beaten 3 tablespoons milk 1 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups baking powder 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1. Mix in order given. 2. Roll out pastry on floured surface 3. Cut with "tart pastry cutter" or use a large mouth glass 4. place into tart or muffin tins 5. Fill with Tollhouse filling 6. Bake
Variations: If you want Tart shells baked, for other recipes, bake at 375 degrees until golden baked tart shells can be filled with lots of things, chocolate chiffon, berries, icecream ect |
