Hello. If you have the Bleah virus, have come to the RIGHT place:
The steps to follow are the following ones:
- Get the NOBLEAH.EXE
program (only accessible if my home PC is turned on):
- Another option is to send an e-mail to nobleah@jep.dhis.org and exe
program will be sent to you, because at Geocities DON'T LET ME have exe
files in my web.
- Another option is to save the NOBLEAH
(is a .exe file renamed as .jpg) as an executable (.exe) file (press
right button on mouse over the link an 'save as nobleah.exe').
- Prepare a bootable floppy disk, boot with it and execute it. Even
if the virus is active 'walking around', nobleah paralizes it in RAM,
avoiding its reproduction. Mc Afee: ...does your program do this? :-)
- Check C unit. Program will eliminate it from the disk.
- Check all floppies that you have.
Important to 32 bit Windows (95, 98, NT,...) users! It may happen that
the operating system doesn't let the program to access to the hard drive
to make the 'cure'. The solution is to create a boot disk, then copy the
nobleah.exe to it, and you can guess what goes now: reboot with the
floppy inserted, and execute the nobleah.exe. Ask the program to
'clean' the hard drive (C), and the boot disk (A).
