1. Start, Run. in the OPEN field type regsvr32 c:\windows\system\inetcomm.dll
   of course change it to whatever drive/path for windows (e.g. could be D:\windows or whatever)
2. Then press OK, and then Start, Shutdown, then select Restart and click on OK (or Yes)
3. Try again!
